During my xmas stay, the bed was comfortable, and the common areas were clean. the location was perfect for avoiding Arrowhead stadium traffic, which was a huge plus. the breakfast waffles were delicious, and the hotel had cozy single queen rooms that were updated and clean, making for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were small, dated, and poorly lit, which was quite disappointing. the towels felt like sandpaper, and there was an overwhelming smell of fabric cleaner throughout the property.
