our recent stay in moncton exceeded expectations, especially at a date night. hyatt place truly impressed us with their beautiful hotel, friendly front desk, and fantastic location right next to the avenir centre. everything was perfect, from the complimentary hot breakfast to the amazing shower in our spacious room. hyatt place was an excellent choice for our stay.

Parking was a hassle.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for someone who wants to be right near everything they're there for, and it's close to the event center. The service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms on the floor in the hallway with a view were very clean and modern, with a great attention to detail. The breakfast selection was excellent, with tons of great choices.

There's really nothing negative to say about this hotel, it was perfect for my needs.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place was excellent with spacious and comfortable rooms. Though the hotel is adjacent to railway lines, I wasn't bothered by train noises. The breakfast spread was great and served in a comfortable setting. I had a positive experience at Hyatt Place and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is ideally located, far away from the busy area but still close to the event center and everything I was there for. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the cityscape. The service staff were professional and went above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Plus, the hotel had a nice pool and dining area with warm and friendly ambiance.

The noise from the loud music in the pool and dining area was quite disruptive and made it hard to have a normal conversation.

The value for money was great, with a free upgrade to a superior king room that was clean, comfortable, and had a large screen TV. The location was fantastic, right across from the Avenir Centre and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could have been improved by adding a hot tub.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right across from the Avenir Centre and close to restaurants, shops, and the riverfront walking path. The free upgrade to a superior king room was fantastic, with a clean and well laid out space. The shower and large screen TV were great, and I loved the seating area. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious and constantly replenished. The seating area was lovely, with lots of windows and an outdoor patio. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Noisy music interfered with conversations.

We were in Moncton for a weekend getaway and stayed at the Hyatt Place. Our stay was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Joe who went out of his way to assist us as newcomers to the town. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good selection of food, and the lovely girl even prepared a box breakfast for us on the first day when we slept in. The pool area was simple and relaxing, and we had the pool all to ourselves for an hour. The beds were very comfortable, although a bit on the soft side for my personal preference. it was a pleasant surprise to find such a nice hotel in this small city.

Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast served was good and location was convenient as everything was within walking distance. a staff member was really nice to us.

We had to wait for hours to get our room cleaned and we were not even given an estimated time for the cleaning. the cleaning staff were great but the front desk needs improvement.
