We loved the peaceful atmosphere at the hotel, even though it's just off the main path. The double-paned windows and doors kept the sounds out, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. The family room with two stories was perfect for us, and the separate AC controls for each floor were a great feature. Penelope, the primary host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to everything and steps away from the beach. The grounds and pool were well-maintained and manicured. The staff was friendly, hospitable, and always willing to assist. We appreciated the complimentary beach towels and water. we had a wonderful time during our 6-night stay, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ysuri San Pancho. the location is perfect, just off the main path but still very peaceful. Our family room was spacious and the double-paned windows and doors kept the sounds out. the host, Penelope, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. the AC worked great, with separate controls for each floor. We loved the proximity to everything, with the hotel right on the ocean. the grounds and pool were well-maintained and the cleaners were quick and thorough. it was a fantastic experience.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The grounds were well maintained and pretty. It was nice they provided beach towels and complimentary water, always a much appreciated added benefit. Our particular room was great because of the view overlooking the grounds and out towards the ocean, a calm relaxing environment. The hotel offered spacious, landscaped grounds, a heated, clean, and well-maintained pool. The property borders the beach, a small beach bar, and a breakfast restaurant.

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
