We loved the peaceful atmosphere at the hotel, even though it's just off the main path. The double-paned windows and doors kept the sounds out, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. The family room with two stories was perfect for us, and the separate AC controls for each floor were a great feature. Penelope, the primary host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to everything and steps away from the beach. The grounds and pool were well-maintained and manicured. The staff was friendly, hospitable, and always willing to assist. We appreciated the complimentary beach towels and water. we had a wonderful time during our 6-night stay, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ysuri San Pancho. the location is perfect, just off the main path but still very peaceful. Our family room was spacious and the double-paned windows and doors kept the sounds out. the host, Penelope, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. the AC worked great, with separate controls for each floor. We loved the proximity to everything, with the hotel right on the ocean. the grounds and pool were well-maintained and the cleaners were quick and thorough. it was a fantastic experience.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The grounds were well maintained and pretty. It was nice they provided beach towels and complimentary water, always a much appreciated added benefit. Our particular room was great because of the view overlooking the grounds and out towards the ocean, a calm relaxing environment. The hotel offered spacious, landscaped grounds, a heated, clean, and well-maintained pool. The property borders the beach, a small beach bar, and a breakfast restaurant.

We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the direct access to the beach. the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the recommendations they gave us for exploring the area.

We had to pay extra for their "beach club" which only included a beach umbrella and bed from noon onwards. the information on the website regarding the bedroom was misleading, as the sofa-bed turned out to be a couple of cushions on the floor.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with swaying palm trees and luscious green grass surrounding the beautiful grounds. It was so convenient to have the best sunset bar right next door. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing clean towels daily and offering useful information and transfers. I also appreciated the ease of transportation, with everything within easy walking distance.
