The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our happiness. The hotel facilities were immaculate, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I loved the in-room filtered water tap, which provided unlimited filtered water without the need for plastic bottles. The large TV screen was perfect for watching movies. The pool and hot tub offered a stunning view of the city and were well-maintained. The fitness room was well-equipped and even provided cooled, wet towels with essential oils for a refreshing post-workout experience. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything. Parking was secure and convenient, with in and out privileges. Room service was fast, and the food was delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were terrific. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! We loved the ultra modern and comfortable rooms and especially the in-room filtered water tap. The pool and hot tub had a breathtaking view of the city and were extremely clean and well-maintained. Although our check-in was a bit delayed, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The fitness room was well equipped and the post-workout towels with essential oils were the perfect touch. we had a fantastic time and recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Calgary. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions and the beautiful river. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of power points for all our devices. The bathroom was also wonderful, with a combined shower and bath and a provided non-slip bathmat. We were impressed by the prompt and efficient taxi service when we needed an early check-out. We chose to eat at the downstairs bar area both nights and were blown away by the delicious food and lively atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of having a little shop within the hotel for grabbing quick pastries and coffee.

In short, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The beds were comfortable, the meals were good, and the waiter service was excellent.

As longer-term business travelers, we really appreciated the magnificent hotel decor and the prime location in the heart of downtown. The rooms felt luxurious and the hotel breakfast buffet at Tompson was awesome with a hot breakfast and many options. The gym had great views too.

We felt right at home during our stay at the hotel, with no reason to complain.
