Our stay at Doubletree By Hilton Montreal was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They upgraded our room and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many attractions. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. we had an amazing time.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown. The services provided here are some of the best I have experienced. The staff are extremely attentive and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was equipped with modern amenities including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. Additionally, the hotel offers a great restaurant and fitness centre.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of the city and inside a lovely shopping mall that was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hotel provided us with everything we needed, including great service from the staff. They greeted us with a welcome drink and adjusted our reservation to meet our needs. From the reception desk to the room service, everyone was friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to McGill University and Old Montreal. Additionally, the hotel is situated on St Catherine street, which is a bustling pedestrian walkway right outside the door.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently close to Place des Arts and the nearby mall, which provided internet service and was great for a quick stroll or window shopping. The staff was incredibly helpful, making sure every guest was attended to above and beyond. We also appreciated the valet parking service, which made it easier for us to move around with our baby. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location close to downtown were all excellent.

our recent stay at a hotel in Montreal was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were incredibly professional and helpful, especially with our small children. The pool and sauna were a great addition, and overall it was a great experience.

bathroom needs improvement

Great Location and Convenient Parking: The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to all the major attractions and amenities. Additionally, the self-parking facility was convenient and reasonably priced, especially on weekends.

Room Size and Amenities: The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked certain amenities that we expected, such as a proper locking mechanism for the bathroom door and a larger shower area.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with shopping and the metro conveniently located nearby.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. our room was not ready when we arrived, despite the stated check-in time.

This venue provides enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was excellent, close to the pedestrian areas, and in the center of a large mall/restaurant area for easy access to meals. The room was clean and spacious with a large screen TV, perfect for watching a hockey game while my kids played pool. The staff was warm and welcoming, always dedicated to making our stay superb. The restaurant provided a relaxing and pleasant experience, with efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, with hot coffee and plenty of choices on the buffet menu, including freshly cooked omelettes. We had a fabulous stay.

The staff was not very helpful when requested for compensation and there was a loud bachelor party across the hall. But overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel's location next to major outdoor exhibitions was ideal for exploring the city's cultural offerings. Adjacent to the fitness center and situated on the 'Place des arts', this hotel was right in the center of activity. The cleanliness of the rooms and the modern facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the valet parking service and the availability of an underground public paid parking with easy access to the hotel were convenient for guests. The friendly and professional staff made the experience even more memorable.

Convenient location near old town with easy access to airport bus. Shopping center below. Clean rooms and friendly front desk staff. Valet service available. a good quality accommodation with great service.
