We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entrance was spacious and the staff was welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and the wifi connection was strong. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food options. The outdoor pool was a nice addition to our stay.

The attached pub, Peanuts, was a delightful surprise, with friendly waitresses and tasty food. The pet-friendly policy was excellent, treating our furry friend as a valued guest. The fine dining restaurant was truly amazing, with delicious food and impeccable service. The 24-hour access to the pool and hot tub was a major plus, allowing us to unwind at our own pace. Meeting other guests and making new friends added to the overall enjoyable experience. We loved our stay so much that we returned for another two nights.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of stores and is just a short walk to the Thomas the Train event at Heritage Park. The LRT station is also nearby, making transportation to virtually any location in the city a breeze. Rooms are well-maintained, with many modern amenities like mounted shower products and reliable elevator key cards. Breakfast is also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit any palate.

The service leaves much to be desired, with staff members displaying a lack of concern when it comes to guest safety and security. This behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the high standards set by top-tier hotels in the industry.

As young families, we loved the proximity of Carriage House Hotel to Calgary Zoo, Telus Spark, Heritage Park, and downtown. The hotel also offered lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.
