Our stay at Inn 31 was worth every penny, with a lovely room and a delightful spa tub to relax in. The location was perfect, with beautiful homes leading to the lake and a convenient walking/biking path. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the gift certificates and wine passes were a thoughtful touch. Plus, the Gastro Pub was outstanding and offered top-notch cuisine with excellent service.

Breakfast items could be improved with a wider variety of menu options.

I had a wonderful experience at this well-located property. Within a few minutes' walk, I found great dinner options on the Main Street, along with coffee shops and bakeries for morning walks. The Vegas room I stayed in was tastefully kitschy, fun, and very comfortable. Trevor, the pub owner, took excellent care of me throughout my stay, serving delicious food. The atmosphere was very fun, and the burgers were amazing. The staff was friendly and quick to assist. The room was clean, with fresh and fun decor. Staff members were helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do.

The location of the inn was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. It was just a short walk to the waterfront, where we witnessed the most phenomenal sunsets. Additionally, the "downtown" area was easily accessible, allowing us to enjoy the charm and vibrancy of the town. We also loved that the inn had its own pub, providing a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely jacuzzi baths were definite advantages.

The main mirror in Rooms 1 & 2 was not clear and made it difficult to do makeup or see properly.

The themed rooms were stunning and just what we were hoping for on our romantic getaway. the windows in the rooms gave us a view of the city streets and we even got to watch a parade from the warmth of our room. the continental breakfast was a nice touch and very satisfying. the Keurig coffee maker and tea station in the room area foyer was very convenient for our early morning cup of coffee. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not happy with. the water pressure in the shower was really low and made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provided me with an unforgettable experience. the high-quality service exceeded my expectations. the room was elegantly decorated and equipped with exclusive amenities that made me feel like a VIP. the private facilities were spotlessly clean and provided me with the utmost comfort. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the lighting in the room, which was a bit dim. this was quickly resolved by the accommodating staff who provided me with additional lamps.
