The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the CN tower and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fantastic beds. Staff were friendly and accommodating, dealing with issues quickly and effectively. The on-site facilities were convenient, with bottled water in the rooms and decent parking.

Unlike other hotels in the area, the noise level was quite noticeable, especially from the airport.

Friendly staff, upgraded room, early check-in, clean and comfortable beds. On-site Starbucks, Japanese restaurant, and pub. Free 24/7 airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Will definitely return!

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect - close to the airport and conveniently located near some great eateries and shops. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the free airport shuttle. We were even offered a welcome drink upon arrival.

The room was clean and had a fresh smell. The location was great, away from downtown but still easily accessible. The bellhop was exceptionally friendly and the parking was well-priced.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I loved the convenience of the parking availability and the 24hr shuttle service to and from the airport. It made my travel experience stress-free. Plus, the location was perfect for me since it was right across the street from the venue where my son's graduation took place. The Orchid bar had excellent food and service, and the Starbucks in the lobby was a great bonus. The renovated rooms were said to be amazing, although I didn't get one myself. Nonetheless, my room was spacious, new, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice.
