The Christmas experience was wonderful at this hotel. the holiday decoration and atmosphere was on point. the breakfast was top-notch with a variety of foods to choose from. It was easy to get around the hotel as there were walking trails and vast grounds to explore. the staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Although the room was spacious and clean, there was a damp smell upon arrival. It would have been helpful if the air conditioning had been turned on before I entered the room.

I recently stayed at a conference centre near the University of Western Ontario, which was conveniently located near the downtown area. The room I stayed in was average, but the large functional desk and power bar were a great advantage. The breakfast and dining hall had a beautiful view of the English garden and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were extensive, with many conference rooms and a large public space.

I was disappointed to find a view of a dumpster from my room.

We recently stayed at this stunning property for our company's Christmas function. the service and accommodations were world-class, and the staff flawlessly executed the evening. the food provided was tremendous, and the buffet layout was refreshingly easy to navigate without feeling crowded. the venue also had two adjoining rooms and a bar, which added to the convenience of the event. the location was key as it was close to the university campus, making it easily accessible for our guests. One other advantage we enjoyed was the large and functional desk in the room, equipped with a power bar, making it convenient to charge our devices.

While the property was stunning and the service was excellent, there were a few drawbacks. the rooms, although average in appearance, lacked the attractiveness one would expect from a hotel.
