We recently had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel in Al Khobar. the exclusive amenities provided exceeded our expectations, especially the outdoor swimming pool which was heated and equipped with comfortable sun loungers. the spa centre was exceptional, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and steam room available.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, there were a few occasions where our requests were not fulfilled promptly.

The complementary breakfast buffet was great - a large selection of local and international cuisine. the hotel's location close to the city centre allowed for easy exploration of nearby attractions. the hotel had a nice view of the city from the rooms.

Some of the room amenities needed improvement. the electrical sockets were unprotected and not safe for young children.
