The location of Johnson Shore Inn was absolutely stunning! The view of the ocean was breathtaking and it created a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. The owners, Melanie and Dave, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning.

The drive from downtown and Charlottetown was a bit long, around 1 hour. However, the view and the overall charm of the inn definitely made up for it.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was right by the water and provided breathtaking views. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a cozy sitting area and a lovely terrace. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to easily stay connected during my stay. The garden furniture provided a peaceful place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

One aspect that could be improved was the quality of the coffee. It was not as good as expected.

I recently had an amazing experience staying at a charming inn on the North shore of PEI. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the water and surrounding cliffs. I loved taking sunrise walks along the cliff and enjoying the peaceful, deserted beaches nearby. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The breakfasts were delicious, with locally sourced ingredients and even buffalo milk yogurt. The lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink while listening to impromptu guitar and singing performances. It was truly a wonderful stay.

One minor disappointment was that on one night, when we were the only diners, they served meat despite us informing them in advance that my husband is pescatarian. However, they did give us a warning beforehand.

Great ocean views and tasty breakfast in a lovely peaceful area. Ideal location for nature lovers with plenty of walks and trails nearby. the homemade breakfast was delicious, and the ocean views were breathtaking. You feel completely disconnected from the city, and it’s such a peaceful escape.

The hotel missed some basic amenities, no air conditioning as advertised in the peak of the summer heatwave and no closet space. Wifi was poor, and there were no TVs.
