We loved the breathtaking views from our room, right on the cliff with the ocean spread before us. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, and the delicious homemade breakfasts were a real highlight of our stay.

The unpaved driveway was challenging to navigate after rain, but overall manageable.

Be prepared for the possibility of noise from wind at night, which can impact your sleep. Ideal for couples and those looking to relax.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! I adored finding sea glass on the shore and chatting with fellow guests, while the clean and cozy room provided the perfect haven after a long day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the unpaved road was more of an adventure than I bargained for, and I could have used a soundproof wall when the wind decided to audition for a horror movie!

Our stay in the Double Room with Sea View was unforgettable. we couldn't get enough of those gorgeous sunsets! Breakfast was a delightful feast, and conversing with other guests felt like catching up with old friends. The hummingbirds flitting around while we relaxed on the porch made it all the more special!

Had a fantastic time with friends at this lovely inn. We enjoyed hiking and exploring the local area, including the beautiful sights at the Souris Visitor Information Centre. Dining here is a must, and Mel's cooking is on another level. The cozy atmosphere made us feel like family, enhancing our group getaway experience.

However, we noticed the unpaved driveway could be a challenge if it rains, so be prepared just in case.

The hosts Mel and Dave are fantastic, big hearts and great humor! We shared laughs with them over some amazing dinners, the ambiance was fun & cozy. Felt like family! The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset, it’s like you can’t believe the sky could look that good! You really feel the isolation in a nice way, it’s just you and the stunning nature around.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

The sea view from our room was incredible! It had a private bathroom with a shower, towels, and free toiletries. Super cozy with carpeted floors and a seating area. No air conditioning, but we had fans. The meals were homemade and delicious, and we loved relaxing outside on the sun loungers, soaking in the atmosphere.

The Johnson Shore Inn is an excellent escape with stunning cliffside views and cozy, clean rooms. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, and the welcoming hosts are eager to share their knowledge of the area. Just be aware of the long unpaved road leading to the inn and potential nighttime noise from the wind.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset! We enjoyed hiking in the beautiful local area, and our granddaughter loved spotting hummingbirds and Bald Eagles. The delicious breakfast, with fantastic gluten-free options, made our mornings delightful.

My wife says that more family activities would be great.
