The room was beautifully decorated and had plenty of storage space for all our belongings. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower was spacious and provided excellent water pressure. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and plenty of dining options nearby. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. Despite a couple of minor issues, such as some light coming in through the blinds and construction noise, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend Le Germain Hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Toronto.

The hotel had a stylish and modern design, with sleek and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of well-prepared foods. The hotel also had great amenities such as a rooftop patio and an exercise room.

As foreign tourists, we loved the attentive and friendly staff and the efficient service. The hotel had a great interior design with real wood and leather, creating a cozy atmosphere. The jazz music playing throughout the hotel, including in the room and city car, added a unique touch. The high ceilings in the room were a bonus, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the complementary tea selection and the lounge area behind the reception desk.

The staff at this hotel was excellent - very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to various attractions and transportation options. Additionally, we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of tasty options that catered to both adults and children.

One downside was the odd bathroom layout in our room. The sink and bathtub/shower were open to the entry, which lacked privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with all areas kept clean at all times. The hotel facilities were superb, including the fitness room on the top floor with windows and a nice roof terrace to relax on. The location was great, with a 15-minute walk to the waterfront and in the middle of downtown, close to theatres and a couple of blocks from the subway station. We also loved the fact that there was an excellent restaurant next to the foyer and that this city had a lot to offer in terms of attractions and entertainment. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling downtown area. I was within walking distance of many of the city's popular attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service available and helpful assistance with any requests I had. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a fantastic terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is excellent and the staff is exceptional.
