I recently stayed at a hotel in a pretty part of Quebec and had a great experience. The room I was assigned was very comfortable, with a big bed and quiet surroundings. The highlight of my stay was the amazing swimming pool and spa. It was spacious and well-maintained, and they even provided towels. The hotel also offers an excellent restaurant with a French Canadian style menu and a good selection of wine. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Despite the slight inconvenience of a slow internet connection, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for its value and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The restaurant was great. Kids loved the water park. Staff was understanding and courteous despite credit card problems. Perfect location for activities, near amenities and food establishments.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, from the well-maintained interior to the clean rooms. The hotel facilities, particularly the pool and fitness area, were fantastic for relaxation and exercise. The location was perfect, as it was in front of a big shopping mall with many restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was great, offering a mix of foods, including local dishes.

Lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a great pool area for kids. We had a minor issue at check-in, but the staff quickly resolved it. a pleasant stay at a good value. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was super clean and the bed was very comfy. The washroom was impeccable. The view from the room was awesome, especially at night with all the lights, and in the morning with the mountains. Good value for money. Free parking and well located near a big shopping mall.

I recently spent my Easter vacation at this hotel and had a fantastic time! the first thing I loved about this place was the clean and cozy rooms. the beds were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep every night. the staff were also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the hotel had a great range of amenities, including a bar and restaurant, gym, pool. It was like staying at a resort!

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the noise level in the hotel could sometimes be a bit too much, especially when there were kids running around and screaming in the hallways.

Enjoyed the water park and sauna, which were great for the kids during xmas. the restaurant food was both tasty and affordable. the location was perfect with nearby grocery stores and restaurants and easy access to the main highway.

The rooms could do with some updates and look a bit tired. Maid service was not consistent and had to ask for basic amenities such as extra tea bags.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! the room was beautifully renovated with a modern and stylish design. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the refreshing pool area.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, as we found some stains on the sheets and there were not enough clean towels provided.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor water park that my kids absolutely loved. The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area, right in front of a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel had ample parking available. Transportation was not an issue as the hotel was easily accessible and located by a main road. the location of this hotel by the water park and in close proximity to the shopping mall made it a perfect choice.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
