I found the hotel to be in a superb location, right in the heart of the city. It was situated between the Duomo and the funicular on the main street, making it very convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. The bathroom in my room was well-appointed and the shower had multiple jets, providing a relaxing experience. the hotel had a delightful upper terrace where I could enjoy a glass of local wine.

There were times when the front desk was unattended for longer periods, which was a bit concerning.

Convenient Location

I was a bit worried about the restricted access to the street where the hotel is located, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Once I told the receptionist my license plate number, she registered it with the town and I didn't receive any tickets. The parking nearby was also very convenient. The hotel is situated at the bottom of the main street, so everything was within walking distance. The only downside was the limited WIFI coverage, but the staff assured us they were working on improving it. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and ease of access.

We loved the amazing staff who went out of their way to secure reservations for us at a difficult-to-book restaurant. They were always friendly, helpful, and had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed relaxing and enjoying our meal in a pretty room. The lovely balcony on the second floor was perfect for unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine. The cute little slippers, lemon towelettes, and fluffy towels provided a nice touch. The location in the old town was ideal for us and added to the authentic experience.
