We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the decor was lovely. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was fabulous. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and fulfilling our requests for additional items. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the Bell Centre.

The parking at the back of the building was convenient. The location was great, with good cafes nearby and easy access to anywhere in the city. The check-in and check-out process with the host was smooth and hassle-free. it was excellent value for money.

We had a great stay at Deluxe Suites! the location was excellent, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. We loved being near the Lachine canal for leisurely walks and bike rides with our kids. It was also just a short 5-minute cab ride to downtown. the apartment was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed. the TV, air conditioning, and WIFI all worked perfectly. the hosts were very communicative and addressed any issues we had. a modern and comfortable place for a few days' trip.

We loved the easy check-in process with digital locks on all doors. The location was perfect, with groceries, restaurants, and bars nearby, and just a short cab ride away from downtown. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and it was evident that it had been recently renovated. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the convertible sofa provided a comfortable sleeping space for the kids. The communication with the owner/staff was excellent, and they were proactive and easy to reach when needed. The proximity to the Lachine canal was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy walks and bike rides with the kids.

The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby. The upscale apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We especially loved the complimentary Earl Grey tea. Additionally, the communication with the host was prompt and friendly.

Although the apartment was generally clean, there were a few issues like construction nearby and no instructions for the AC. There was also a door from the stairs that slammed loudly, which was a bit bothersome. Furthermore, we wished there were basic condiments like sugar and a few minor additions such as hand towels in the bathroom and a kitchen towel for drying dishes.

The smell of sewer throughout the place was unpleasant and there was a small leak in the bathroom. the construction outside the window during the day was disruptive.

We loved the location, just a short 15-minute walk to the Bell Centre and close to a grocery market and an A&W across the street. The cleanliness of the place was great, and the communication with the owner was easy. Free street parking was a bonus.
