One issue I had was having to pay extra to leave my belongings after checkout, which I found a bit greedy considering I didn't encounter this in other hostels. the rooms had small windows, making them quite dark.

had a lovely stay in isla mujeres, but Itze Hostel exceeded my expectations! Clean rooms, comfy beds, yummy breakfast, and friendly staff. The manager even shared info about a dog shelter nearby. Close to the beach and restaurants, but still peaceful at night. Highly recommend!

the location was fantastic, the breakfast was yummy and free, and the staff were lovely. plus, the privacy curtains and safety boxes added to a comfortable stay at Itze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location is ideal, just steps away from the main street with its numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was basic but satisfying, and the common kitchen was well-equipped and always clean. The central location made it easy for us to explore the beaches, markets, and local attractions. We were also impressed with the AC and ceiling fan in our room, providing us with a comfortable stay.

The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, but overall it didn't detract from our enjoyable experience.

The location, at the quiet end of the street, was perfect and offered easy access to the beach and main streets. The wifi was reliable, the breakfast simple yet satisfying, and the security measures made me feel safe throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Additionally, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even when I accidentally forgot to check out and return the keys. Also, the hostel had a great atmosphere, making me feel right at home.
