The breakfasts were hearty, blueberry pancakes were delicious, huge comfy bed, quaint decor, excellent staff.

enjoyed our stay at a comfy and spacious bed & breakfast. Breakfasts were delicious and the opportunity to socialize with other guests was a bonus. Previous stay in St. John's didn't disappoint. Great experience at Leaside Manor!

toilet didn't flush

our recent stay at a bed & breakfast in st. john's surpassed all expectations. the staff's friendliness, attentive service, and delicious breakfasts made us feel like welcomed house guests. the beautiful atmosphere and convenient location were icing on the cake. we can't wait to return again soon!

Effortless check-in. Front desk in the back, greeted at locked door. Easy key and code access. Characterful, well-renovated building. Great breakfast served by sweet older ladies. Gorgeous tub covered in rose petals for special occasion. Friendly staff. Beautiful Parker suite. Comfy bed and pillows. Convenient room breakfast. Warm and inviting ambiance. Great location and beautiful Christmas decor. Quiet and roomy Argentia Suite. Best breakfasts with best coffee and Lindt chocolates.

We also appreciated having our own private entrance. the breakfast provided was good too.

The location was not ideal, being near a noisy industrial area which made our walks into town quite unpleasant. the interior design felt too modern and out of place in such a heritage-style building.

The room was clean and spacious, similar to an apartment. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed sitting outside with the other guests. The breakfast provided was great, and the staff were accommodating, catering to my wife's gluten-free needs. The location in "Jellybean Row" was charming and added to the overall experience.

Nothing not to love

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was terrific, close to everything but still in a private and classy neighborhood. The added touch of breakfast in our room was a wonderful bonus. The staff were so professional and accommodating, from greetings at the door to making sure everyone was having a good time at the event.

The room was very small for a tall person with long legs, but it was still comfortable and clean.

The breakfasts were excellent, and I enjoyed the opportunity to visit with other guests where we could share experiences of Newfoundland. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room and a beautiful vaulted ceiling. The staff were accommodating and incredibly friendly, making me feel at home.

The room was lovely and elegant, with beautiful decor and a comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The location was great, allowing us to take a long walk downtown and explore the neighborhood. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked more variety. we were impressed with our stay at Leaside Manor.
