The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. The Parker suite in which we stayed was absolutely beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable that we accidentally overslept! The convenience of having delicious breakfast delivered to our room was a fantastic treat. The location was great, and the Christmas decorations added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. We cannot wait to stay at this amazing hotel again!

our recent stay at a bed & breakfast in st. john's surpassed all expectations. the staff's friendliness, attentive service, and delicious breakfasts made us feel like welcomed house guests. the beautiful atmosphere and convenient location were icing on the cake. we can't wait to return again soon!

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, making it easy to explore all the sights in the area. It is also conveniently situated close to downtown, allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel is right on a bus route, making it convenient for guests to travel to downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor. The breakfast served in the morning is delicious and offers a variety of options. Guests can also enjoy the lovely grounds and patio area.

One negative aspect is that the rooms can be a bit small, which may be a concern for families with children needing more space.

We also appreciated having our own private entrance. the breakfast provided was good too.

The location was not ideal, being near a noisy industrial area which made our walks into town quite unpleasant. the interior design felt too modern and out of place in such a heritage-style building.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and it was a truly luxurious experience. The location was romantic, nestled in a private and classy neighborhood that was close enough to downtown and accessible to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful vaulted ceiling that added to the overall ambiance. The added touch of breakfast in our room was a wonderful bonus, and the breakfast itself was delicious. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where I could relax and unwind. the level of comfort and quality services provided here exceeded my expectations.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the shelves in the room were a bit tiny and could have been bigger. However, this in no way detracted from the overall experience at this hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, similar to an apartment. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed sitting outside with the other guests. The breakfast provided was great, and the staff were accommodating, catering to my wife's gluten-free needs. The location in "Jellybean Row" was charming and added to the overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was terrific, close to everything but still in a private and classy neighborhood. The added touch of breakfast in our room was a wonderful bonus. The staff were so professional and accommodating, from greetings at the door to making sure everyone was having a good time at the event.

The room was very small for a tall person with long legs, but it was still comfortable and clean.

The breakfasts were excellent, and I enjoyed the opportunity to visit with other guests where we could share experiences of Newfoundland. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room and a beautiful vaulted ceiling. The staff were accommodating and incredibly friendly, making me feel at home.

The room was lovely and elegant, with beautiful decor and a comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The location was great, allowing us to take a long walk downtown and explore the neighborhood. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked more variety. we were impressed with our stay at Leaside Manor.
