Stephen, the owner, made us feel at home and even brought me breakfast in bed when I was sick. The bedding and pillows were high quality and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful landlord. Excellent breakfast and small amenities. Warm welcome and helpful tips. Attention to keeping the room available after check-out for freshening up. Super quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Wonderful old building, tastefully decorated. Ideal location near a leisure complex and a short walk to the old town. I wish our stay was longer!

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the beautiful and clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel. the key location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city easily by foot or taking public transportation. We also enjoyed the vast choice of drinks in the room and the daily replenishment of lovely Border biscuits.

Our stay was not without its downsides. we were disappointed in the size of the double room, which had a very tiny shower room.
