Consider asking about the parking garage's narrowness before arriving—it can be a bit stressful to navigate. Also, the kitchenette is a great feature for late-night snacks.

I expected a much better experience considering the price. also, the AC was incredibly loud, I thought I was in a plane. it would have been nice to receive some kind of complimentary gift for my troubles but, alas, just regular treatment for me.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to multiple Metro stations like Berri UQAM, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was spacious and well-kept, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The parking situation can be a bit tight and stressful at times.

The entrance to the parking garage is too low for larger vehicles!!! Fix the issues with the keycards—reactivating them multiple times is frustrating!!! Could improve on the lighting in the rooms!!!

we had a great stay at les suites labelle! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus depot and close to shops. the kitchenette was super handy, and we loved the breakfast—always well-stocked. the 24-hour fitness center was a nice bonus too!

a couple of things were rather disappointing, to say the least. the check-in experience was rather lackluster, and I had to lift the toilet lid multiple times due to a flapper issue, not exactly what I expected. also, why was there no complimentary gift as I suffered through those inconveniences? almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

Super clean, spacious room! Just a quick 5-minute stroll to the Berri-UQAM metro and all those fabulous restaurants nearby. Love the kitchenette feature for lazy late-night snacks!

The automatic doors were slower than my grandma on a Sunday stroll. And those tiny cups for coffee? Come on, I need a proper mug to fuel my caffeine obsession!

The location is fantastic, just steps from the métro Berri-UQAM, which made getting around a breeze. Rooms were clean and well-equipped with kitchen amenities, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast included a nice variety. That said, the street outside felt a bit unwelcoming, although the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Loved the kitchenette and comfy bed. Wi-Fi dropped often, and no luggage storage after hours.

stayed at les suites labelle for 2 nights and it was pretty great! the location is super close to the bus depot and you can walk to the metro real quick. loved the spacious rooms and the kitchenette was really handy after a long day. breakfast was dope, a nice buffet with good variety. really appreciated the friendly staff, they helped with parking options when the hotel's lot was full.

Comfortable stay with a few quirks

I enjoyed my stay in the Queen Studio for 3 nights. it was spacious and well-kept. Breakfast was delightful, with a range of pastries and hot items. However, be cautious of the parking—it's narrow and can be stressful. Also, consider bringing your own dish soap if using the kitchenette.

Nothing not to love.

the area felt a bit unsafe. but the staff was really helpful, and the internet worked well. i loved having a kitchenette, and the cozy bed made sleep easier!
