Grand hotel with charming rooms. Despite the elevator being out of order during our stay, a kind stranger helped us carry our luggage up to the top floor. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted great. I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was great. the check, in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. the rooms were clean and well, maintained, with nice touches that added to the overall character of the hotel. the location was convenient for our business trip, being not too far from a major city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had a good variety of choices.

The only downside was the view from our window. It overlooked a not, so, pleasant part of the city, consisting of a tin room, a parking area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Mount Vernon, Ohio. It was perfectly located on the beautiful town square, just a short walk from my son's college. The room was well-appointed and spotless, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a variety of options to choose from. The view from my room overlooked the park in the center of town, adding to the charm of the experience.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a short walk from the town square where you can find shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the Victorian-themed decor throughout the hotel, it added a unique charm to the ambiance.

The room I stayed in was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Additionally, the view from my window was disappointing as it overlooked a parking area and the back of a building.

The value for money was excellent and the room was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and the staff, especially Tina, were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have stronger coffee available.

During our romantic escape, we loved the charming and luxurious atmosphere of this antique hotel. the ornate furnishings and Victorian decor created a romantic ambiance that added to the overall experience. the staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our bicycles on the premises. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, situated in a quaint town square with a park and a light fountain, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting for our getaway.

We were disappointed with the quality of the free breakfast. the rubberized eggs were not appetizing, and it was frustrating to wait for the staff to clear dirty plates and make room for new guests.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Mount Vernon for a quick overnight trip. The facilities were upscale and very clean, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The breakfast included a variety of options such as cereal, bread, muffins, French toast, sausage, and eggs. Parking and wifi were also included, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, with great eating establishments nearby, including North Main for a delicious lunch and bakery products. The staff was friendly and overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a mix-up at the front desk regarding our payment, but thankfully I had checked my phone and found that the charge had already gone through. The staff member was very understanding and accommodating, which we appreciated. The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable, and the dark wash towel provided for makeup removal was a thoughtful touch. The in-room coffee, especially from Caribou, was simply the best. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Loved my New Year’s stay at this charming hotel! the free warm cookies in the parlor were yummy, and they had a great breakfast with a variety of options. the location was right in the heart of town, and we were able to walk to local shops and restaurants. Plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The only thing we didn't love was the lack of parking on site, but we were able to find street parking nearby. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
