Grand hotel with charming rooms. Despite the elevator being out of order during our stay, a kind stranger helped us carry our luggage up to the top floor. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted great. I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice touches that added to the overall character of the hotel. The location was convenient for our business trip, being not too far from a major city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had a good variety of choices.

The only downside was the view from our window. It overlooked a not-so-pleasant part of the city, consisting of a tin room, a parking area, and the back of an apartment building.

The view from my room overlooked the park in the center of town, adding to the charm of the experience.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a short walk from the town square where you can find shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the Victorian-themed decor throughout the hotel, it added a unique charm to the ambiance.

The room I stayed in was quite small and felt a bit cramped. The advertisement of city views from every room was misleading.

The value for money was excellent and the room was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and the staff, especially Tina, were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have stronger coffee available.

Het appartement was ruim en gelegen in een rustige buurt. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Het bevindt zich dicht bij het centrum en ook in de buurt van het station. Het was handig om overal naartoe te gaan.

Helaas waren de appartementen nogal gehorig, waardoor het moeilijk was om te slapen als andere huurders 's nachts lawaai maakten.

The rubberized eggs were not appetizing, and it was frustrating to wait for the staff to clear dirty plates and make room for new guests. Additionally, we found it inconvenient that there were no on-site bar or restaurant options at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Mount Vernon for a quick overnight trip. The facilities were upscale and very clean, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The breakfast included a variety of options such as cereal, bread, muffins, French toast, sausage, and eggs. Parking and wifi were also included, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, with great eating establishments nearby, including North Main for a delicious lunch and bakery products. The staff was friendly and overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a mix-up at the front desk regarding our payment, but thankfully I had checked my phone and found that the charge had already gone through. The staff member was very understanding and accommodating, which we appreciated. The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable, and the dark wash towel provided for makeup removal was a thoughtful touch. The in-room coffee, especially from Caribou, was simply the best. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Loved my New Year’s stay at this charming hotel! The free warm cookies in the parlor were yummy, and they had a great breakfast with a variety of options. The location was right in the heart of town, and we were able to walk to local shops and restaurants. Plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The only thing we didn't love was the lack of parking on site, but we were able to find street parking nearby. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
