level vancouver yaletown - seymour was an exceptional stay in vancouver. our previous visit couldn't compare to the clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment with a kitchen and laundry. the location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and everything we needed. the pool was great too.

Minor issues upon arrival, but quickly resolved.

I had a fantastic stay in a 1 bedroom suite on the 6th floor with a large wrap-around deck. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and tumble drier. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was ideal, within walking distance to some incredible restaurants in Yaletown. Transportation was convenient, with the train station to the airport nearby. Plus, there was a great supermarket right across the road.

The cleanliness and location were perfect. The business concept made it feel like our own place. The 24/7 reception staff were helpful and friendly. Well-planned apartments with thoughtful details. Gym and outdoor pool facilities were great. Grocery store across the street.

Not one thing.

The room was spacious and had a modern and comfortable design. It had a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for a longer stay. the central location made it easy to access restaurants and downtown attractions. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service during my business trip.

the surrounding streets had a noticeable number of homeless people, which made me feel uncomfortable walking alone after dark. my request for a higher floor room was not granted, and I ended up on the ground floor without any view or proximity to the pool.

Dog friendly with nearby dog park. Secure parking. Spacious studio with fabulous gym. Convenient location with supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Nothing could have been better.

The location was perfect for my meetings, within walking distance of the convention center and some great restaurants. the gym facilities were also a nice touch, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling.

My room was quite noisy during the night due to street noise. the room was lacking in drawer space, making it difficult to fully unpack and organize my belongings.

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located apartment in Yaletown. The cleanliness of this place really made it feel like home. Plus, the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Additionally, the location was perfect, with numerous amazing restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing, it is perfect.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything you would possibly need. It's just a short walk to the malls in the city center, as well as being close to the vibrant nightlife. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large deck. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always available to help.

The pool was not fully heated during our stay.

Felt extremely safe, no complaint.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the staff provided excellent service, always available and friendly. the swimming pool and outdoor hot tub are wonderful, as well as the BBQ facilities. the roof deck with sun loungers provided a tranquil escape.

The only minor issue was the lack of creamer and sugar/sweetener for in-room coffee. this did not detract from my overall experience.
