The staff were awesome, especially Tatiana; The shower was big and had a unique layout that made it super comfy, plus the location was spot on, easy for exploring the city, man. We were a bit confused about how to get extra blankets for the sofa bed, and the bar area lacked a menu, but overall, we felt safe and comfy, you know! 🌟

The decoration of the hotel was elegant and welcoming, with cozy seating areas perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it convenient for senior people like myself. The hotel's accessibility was impeccable, with well-lit hallways and easily accessible elevators, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more sustainable dining options. It would be wonderful if the hotel could use reusable dishes and cutlery instead of paper and plastic, especially in light of environmental concerns.

Hyatt Place was ideal for our family. Friendly staff, great garage parking, and self-service system ensured a hassle-free experience. Modern, quiet rooms with excellent shower pressure, hot water, and prompt supply of blankets and towels upon request. Perfect location near main attractions, including a delicious breakfast with Starbucks coffee and tea.

The Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown-The Loop was conveniently located near the city's landmarks and the metro station. It was my first time in Chicago, and I was hoping for a glimpse of the city skyline.

The room I booked as a "view" king room turned out to have a small window with no view at all.

I selected this hotel for a business event, and the facilities and services were excellent. The 24-hour reception, business center, and complimentary wired internet made it convenient for work. The location was perfect for both business and leisure. The room was spacious, and the hotel's safety measures, like the elevator access, provided peace of mind.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of a wider selection of complimentary beverages in the room.

The staff, especially malik, were excellent! their professionalism and friendliness made our stay memorable. the rooms were cozy and well-equipped. Drawback: breakfast service was below expectations. 🥐

the hyatt place was spotless, and the location was super close to the willis tower - which made it easy to visit. the breakfast buffet was different every day and super yummy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff far exceeded our expectations. Normally you will have 1 or 2 great staff members but at this hotel we did not meet one single staff member that was not excellent. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and well designed. Would definitely stay at this hotel again! The indoor swimming pool was a wonderful oasis of relaxation, offering a perfect respite after a day exploring nearby landmarks like The Art Institute of Chicago, Willis Tower, and Millennium Park. The family bonding experience was truly enhanced by the proximity to these iconic Chicago sites.

amazing staff, they went above and beyond to assist us and provide great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect, just a block away from the brown line. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pineapple.

During my transit in Chicago, I stayed at the Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown-The Loop. The hotel's convenient location, just 10 minutes' walk from Ogilvie Transportation Center and Washington/Wells, made it incredibly easy for me to access and continue my journey. being only 20 km away from Midway International, the hotel's proximity to the airport was a great advantage for my travel plans.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, storing our bags and providing recommendations for local restaurants. The location is great, right in the middle of everything and with easy access to transportation. We loved that there was no sound from the El, which is often an issue in downtown areas. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice washrooms. Additionally, the free breakfast every morning was a delightful bonus.
