We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was great, as it was close to everything we wanted to do in this city. It was also conveniently close to a coffee shop, which was perfect for our morning caffeine fix. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. The parking was a bit tight, but we managed fine and didn't have any issues finding a spot. The transportation options were excellent, especially the complimentary Lexus shuttle service that took us downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Good check-in, clean and cozy room. Delicious dinner menu with great chicken dumplings and fish and chips option. Complimentary wine tasting and breakfast. Very helpful staff and excellent location.

I stayed at Matrix Hotel for a week on a business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and just the right size, with a great variety of pillows. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown attractions. The breakfast buffet, especially the espresso machine, was amazing.

During our stay, we appreciated the location being very close to the bus station and right in downtown. However, we did notice there were homeless people sleeping in the bushes nearby. Our room was clean and compact, albeit the heating system was drafty. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that included a great variety of food.

The rooms are modern and recently renovated, providing a comfortable and clean space to relax in. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start your day.

The restaurant seating can sometimes be unpleasant, with dirty dishes surrounding the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating at the receptionist. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially loved the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The location here was fantastic, as it was so close to downtown. The room at Matrix Hotel was absolutely spotless and comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was bright and the shower was deep, a nice change from typical hotel tubs. I also loved the large windows in the room, which let in plenty of natural light. Additionally, the fact that parking was included in the room cost was a definite bonus. Another positive aspect was the quick access to river valley trails for walking or running. I had a fantastic stay at Matrix Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel had a shuttle car available for guests' convenience.

The noise from neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard due to the sliding bathroom door not providing adequate soundproofing.

We had a nice city break and appreciated the two complimentary drinks offered upon check-in. The location was great and allowed us to easily explore the city. The shuttle service was convenient and saved us from taking a taxi.

Our stay was plagued with issues. The room itself was a bit outdated and in need of some updates.
