We recently stayed at a beautiful, bloomy garden oasis where each house had a private garden, offering a sense of tranquility and privacy. the staff at this place, particularly Pradeep and Raj, were extremely helpful and attentive to our every need. the property itself was creatively designed and nestled in a scenic location, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. the rooms had unique and stunning designs, making it hard to leave the comfort of our own space. We also enjoyed the various amenities and activities, such as spa treatments, fitness classes, and a breakfast spread with abundant choices. our experience at this hotel was superb and well-organized, leaving us feeling relaxed and content.

In addition, the La Plage restaurant offers delicious dinners, providing an exquisite dining experience. The attentive staff ensures that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay.

Some guests have mentioned delays in the check-in process and a lack of proper orientation upon arrival, which can be improved for a smoother start to the vacation.

The hotel location is great, just a few steps away from the beach and with beautiful sea views. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Another advantage is the variety of tropical fruits available for breakfast, which is a treat for fruit lovers like me.

My Christmas experience at this hotel wasn't the best. the staff didn't seem very welcoming or engaged in their work, which made me feel like I was an inconvenience for them.

A Perfect Birthday Surprise!

We had an amazing experience at So Sofitel Mauritius. It was my husband's birthday surprise, and from the warm greetings at the welcome area to the hassle-free check-in process, everything was wonderful. Girish at the cafe provided excellent service with his awesome personality, attentiveness, and hospitality. The room was excellent, and the food and beverage experience exceeded our expectations. The birthday cake and latte were delightful touches, and Brenda's sweet smile and attention to detail made our stay even more special. The little things and the exceptional service by the staff made a difference. We will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
