The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially Tommy who went out of his way to assist us. the bed in our room was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.

The difficulty in reaching room service by phone, so we ended up not ordering. It would be helpful if important information like room service hours and check-out time was posted in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the little extras in my room. The fresh coffee, delicious chocolate chip cookies, and a variety of books added a special touch to my stay. The bathroom amenities, including makeup removers, were a considerate addition. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, and the friendly staff made sure I had everything I needed. The mini bar fridge was also a convenient feature. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel in Stratford. the location is excellent, right in the heart of town and close to many popular sites. It was so convenient to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the good sized bathrooms and the attention to detail in the room decor. it was a value for money hotel with basic amenities and included breakfast.

Our room was located on the third floor and there were a lot of stairs to climb. there was some noise from the street which could be a bit distracting for light sleepers.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient downtown location - close to theaters, restaurants, and shopping. The Mercer Hall Restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes for all three meals of the day.

Staff made us feel at ease and were always willing to help, nothing was too much trouble.
