We were treated like royalty, with a complimentary bottle of wine. the food was delicious, and the servers were fantastic and friendly. the ambiance was cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. the location is great, with beautiful surroundings.

Oh my gosh, my friends and I had the best time at Village Of Alton at HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and the spa! the party vibes were lit, and the entertainment was off the charts! the service was top-notch, and we felt like VIPs the whole time.

We even got a surprise treat in our room that made the trip extra special. Cons: We wished there was a more happening nightlife scene for young folks like us to keep the party going late into the night.

Despite minor restaurant service hiccups, the excellent room, friendly staff, and beautiful grounds made for a memorable getaway with our beloved dog. the nearby Alton Mill Arts Centre and Upper Credit Conservation Area provided unique bonding experiences amidst picturesque landscapes.

While the property shows signs of wear and neglect, the lovely old mill in a beautiful setting offers delicious food and very friendly staff. The unkept grounds and outdated facilities detract from the experience, with some amenities unavailable. the town of Alton offers cute charm and nice hiking trails nearby.

They made sure our needs were met and even went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. the restaurant offered simple yet delicious meals with a lovely view overlooking the falls. the property has a peaceful spa lounge, sun terrace, and garden area where guests can relax and unwind.

While the location of this hotel looks amazing, it is evident that the property is in need of some refurbishment. the pool area, although with a lovely view, appears tired with outdated facilities.

I enjoyed a wonderful massage covered by insurance, and the hot springs were a highlight of my stay. Despite a slight issue with the room overlooking the street, I found the overall experience at Millcroft Inn & Spa delightful. I highly recommend this hotel.
