This place was a gem! Loved how close it was to all the action, especially for a concert. The staff were as friendly as a butcher's dog. Just a bit noisy at night, but can't have it all, innit? Would come back for sure!

I really loved how close this hotel was to Vancouver’s vibrant downtown and beautiful seawall, making it super easy to enjoy a stroll along the waterfront and visit nearby attractions like the Vancouver Art Gallery just a short walk away. The spacious room with high ceilings was a pleasant surprise and added to my overall experience as I came back in the evenings after exploring all that wonderful scenery.

However, the room had a noticeable incline, and the bed felt hard with minimal water pressure in the shower. While the hotel shows its age, the clean bedding and towels added a nice touch, and the affordable pricing is a plus for budget travelers.
