I got great value for my money at The Bridge Hotel And Spa. The room was nice and clean, and the staff treated me and my dogs with utmost hospitality. The location was convenient, easily accessible from major routes, and without the noise associated with other motorway service hotels.

The spa was extremely small, with limited space for groups. There was no pool, only a disappointing outdoor hot tub.

Receptionist neglected to provide basic information.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. They went out of their way to make our 10th wedding anniversary special, giving us a card and a cookie with a happy 10th anniversary message. The room was very nice and big, perfect for a special occasion. The spa was also very nice, offering a range of treatments. The food was delicious, especially the back shoulder neck massage which I would highly recommend.

This hotel is in a very good area, with so many areas to visit around. The staff here were very friendly and gave us excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area where we could relax. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services available. The restaurant and bar area were also very inviting, offering delicious food and drinks. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is just off the A1 and close to the charming market town of Wetherby. Surrounding sightseeing locations are easily accessible. The restaurant at the hotel offers a good selection of dishes and is happy to accommodate personal preferences. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice touches such as a small decanter of port. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and served promptly.

One minor downside is that the stairs leading up to the sauna and steam room can be slippery and could benefit from better non-slip protection.

The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the murder mystery evening. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and complementary refreshments and toiletries. The location was perfect for exploring North Yorkshire, being conveniently close to the A1 for easy access to the area's attractions. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast in the spacious lounge, accompanied by low-level piano music.
