The room at Motel Cofotel was very spacious and had air conditioning. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to 2 queen beds instead of one, and the check-in staff allowed us to park our truck with kayaks and bikes out front. Despite being on the main highway, there was no road noise and the room was quiet. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the amenities including a hair dryer. The beds were extremely comfortable and fresh. Additionally, the motel is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the ferry terminal and there are three restaurants nearby.

My son and I visited Baie Ste Catherine for a whale watching tour and stayed at this cozy motel. The room was clean and met all our needs. The staff, especially Lise, was welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations. We had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. The property was well-maintained and had a partially obstructed view of the water, which was a bonus. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff, despite the language barrier. The room was spotless and quiet, with a comfortable bed that gave us a great night's sleep. The convenience of having access to the room from both the central hallway and the parking lot was a bonus, especially since we had a lot of gear to store. The attention to detail, like the neatly folded towels, showed that the owners truly care about their guests' comfort. Highly recommended!

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the room at this hotel. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and the comfortable bed provided me with a much-needed restful night's sleep. the easy access to the parking lot made it convenient for me to load and unload my luggage.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the staff's limited English proficiency made communication slightly challenging at times.
