We got great value for our money at Best Point Suites! The room was comfortable and the Turkish hammam was a hit with the whole family. The view from the terrace balcony to Ayasofya and the blue mosque was simply stunning. The hotel was super clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the fabulous breakfast and afternoon snacks. Special shoutout to Fatih and his team for their kind and brilliant service, especially their special treatment and attention to our children. The location was safe and quiet, and it was conveniently close to all the important landmarks. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Best Point Suites Old City and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated in an eastern style. The highlight of my stay was the amazing private hammam, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly, and they even left Turkish delights in our room each day. The breakfast service, prepared by Enes and his team, was outstanding. The variety and presentation of the food were impressive, and the view from the terrace was spectacular. the hospitality and attention to detail at this hotel were exceptional.

The suite was very comfortable and modern, with smart televisions and a well-designed layout. the beds were comfortable and everything in the suite was functional. the location of the hotel was great, with key landmarks within close proximity.

The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par, with low quality food and poorly organized service. the lack of sound insulation made it extremely noisy in the mornings, as the cleaning staff was not considerate of guests trying to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Point Suites in Istanbul. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Sultan Ahmet Mosque from our terrace. We were able to easily visit the mosque, as well as other attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, all within walking distance. The family room we booked was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had a dryer, washing machine, and a comfortable sofa. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised to find treats left for us after our room was cleaned. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
