The motel is conveniently located near to most places and is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and recently renovated, with a big bathroom that feels luxurious. The small kitchenette is perfect for preparing meals, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly and the owner, Dominique, is very nice and helpful. The motel is surprisingly silent, allowing for a relaxing stay.

My boyfriend and I did a trip around the Gaspé region and stayed at Motel L'Abri for two days. The room was fabulous - spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. We loved that we could park right in front of our room on the ground level, which was convenient for my husband with mobility issues. The location was also great, just a short walk from the water. The wifi was fast, the TV had a comfy chair to relax in, and there were chairs outside the room to enjoy the evening. The staff were friendly, providing us with suggestions for activities and a map. it surpassed our expectations and was our favorite motel of the trip.

The bathroom and shower are beautiful, and the overall space is perfect for a longer stay. The price is unbeatable compared to other hotels in the area.

Nothing not to like.

The room was better than we expected, it was big and spacious with a very well-organized kitchenette. the room was very clean and well-maintained. We loved that our room was located on the first floor, with our car parked right out front, it was very convenient. Plus, the area was quiet, it made for a more relaxing stay.

Although it wasn't a big problem, the location is a bit further from the city center, but we knew that ahead of time. It’s not a far drive but can be a little inconvenient if you need to walk.
