Great hotel, beautiful rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, nice environment.

Was all great.

the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the chef being sick, they made arrangements for light meals and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the hotel also provided free parking and even had accommodations for our dog. it was a great experience and I definitely plan on staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located in a green business area, close to a large park and within walking distance to the next station of the Hamburg subway system. Great location close to beautiful green areas, perfect for walks and bike rides. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and the option of a balcony in the room.

The free parking outside didn't feel safe, and the underground parking was expensive and had limited clearance for larger vehicles. the hotel was noisy in the evenings, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room I stayed in, Room 227, was quite large with a nice sitting area. The quality of the fittings and furnishings was good, and it was nice and quiet with no outside noise. Although there were only twin beds, I still had a good night's sleep. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and the breakfast had a good choice and quality. Additionally, the hotel provided free ice for my cooling bag, which was a nice touch.
