This hotel had a superb location, being right by the harbor, within walking distance to the downtown, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, some with a beautiful view of St. John's harbor. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made guests feel welcome. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of pastries, fruits, and cereals available to guests. The hotel also had free parking, laundry facilities, and even a massage shower in some of the rooms.

Some of the rooms had low ceilings, which made the space feel a bit cramped at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was excellent for accessing downtown restaurants, shops, and the famous George Street on foot. It was perfect for our group because there were many shops and restaurants all within a short walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful - from calling ahead to checking in at 2 am, they answered all our questions and served us a delicious breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, with amenities like Wi-Fi, a snack bar, and a business center. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone.

Located in the heart of downtown near waterfront with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and cozy with beautiful wood beams and angled windows. Well-maintained and clean throughout the hotel. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea stations, plus paper bags for hikers in a hurry. Helpful and friendly staff with excellent knowledge about the area.

Stayed in a King Executive Suite with a beautiful view of the harbour. The cozy room, complete with stone fireplace and 2 person air massage tub, was the perfect place to unwind. Enjoyed dinner at a restaurant accessible from the hotel, followed by a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed. While the breakfast room was small, the breakfast provided was decent. I had a fantastic stay at this historic hotel.

Had an enjoyable New Year's stay. the hotel was in a prime location close to shops and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the parking was a bonus.

Noise disturbances from nearby bustling streets and music from a neighboring venue could be heard in the room. the elevator only went up to a certain floor, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
