I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location at the top of a hill offered breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs. They even offered a grocery shopping service and laundry facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. I loved the spacious sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The room itself was well-appointed, with a dressing area, dining table, and patio with garden furniture. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a washing machine, and a dryer, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome at Chartre Manor B&B. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with spades and beach towels for our trip to hot water beach. The separate guest lounge was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed the fantastic views from the veranda. One evening, we even had fish and chips on the veranda with a bottle of wine provided by Pauline. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this B&B.

Chartre Manor B&B is a perfect hillside escape with stunning views down to the sea. The hosts, Pauline and Dennis, are genuine and welcoming. They offer tea and scones on arrival and provide local advice. The cottage is comfortable and cozy, with a lovely fire when it's chilly. The breakfast is scrumptious, and there's a real friendship developed over a glass of wine or two. The location is amazing, high above the city, with glorious views from the deck.

It would be helpful to have more storage for clothes when staying for a few days.

During my Christmas stay at this B&B, the hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They had a great knowledge of the local area, and were able to provide me with helpful information about nearby attractions and restaurants. the location was also fantastic - nestled up high, providing great views of the nearby town and countryside. the breakfast was definitely a highlight, too - it was delicious and cooked to perfection.

The accommodation was not as luxurious as I was expecting, based on the price advertised. the room was quite small and basic, and didn't offer the private and secluded feel that I was hoping for.
