The location of the chalets was great, with everything close by. The hot tub was a nice feature. The space inside the chalet was fantastic, perfect for a family of 5. The manager was awesome and understanding, offering compensation for a water leak and quickly switching us to another suite.

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful chalet with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The king bed in one room was a treat, and having two queens in another room was perfect for our big group of friends. The ensuite bathroom in one room was convenient, and the additional bathroom was a bonus. Plus, being able to bring our dogs made it feel like a home away from home.

Parking availability was limited.

We stayed at Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The two rooms, one with two beds, were perfect for our family. The peaceful silence at night ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, away from the main tourist area, was also a plus. a great stay!

We got great value for our money with an enormous and well-furnished suite that had everything we needed. The location was convenient, within walking distance of stores and restaurants, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped, providing guests with all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay.

Some other guests at the hotel did not adhere to the rules of the pool and hot tub, which may affect the overall enjoyment for some visitors.

The chalet had a great location, perfect for a Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and warm pool, especially during the cold winter nights. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The chalet itself could use some updating, as we noticed wobbly tables and chairs that could pose a safety concern.

Our group of 14 had an amazing time at Mystic Springs. The value for the money was unbeatable and the townhouses were spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient, close to the town center and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home.
