Felt quite safe, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is in a great location, close to center city and bike trails. It is also conveniently located near restaurants and other conveniences. The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom had a shampoo dispenser and great water pressure. The hotel also had a coffee and juice bar in the lobby, as well as wine bottles available for purchase. there was a beautiful bike path behind the hotel.

The staff weren't overly friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was ideal, just a short drive away from the heart of the city but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, making it the perfect base for exploring local attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully designed with attention to detail and boasted high-value interior, including a fantastic view across to the city.

We loved the beautiful hotel room at N Hotel Quebec. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The small touches like wine glasses in the room and a shampoo dispenser in the shower were appreciated. The water pressure was fantastic, and the water got hot. The hotel lobby had coffee, tea, and juice available all day. We also loved the close proximity to the bike path, which made it easy for us to explore the city. we had a fantastic stay and would gladly recommend N Hotel Quebec!

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenient hotel facilities such as free parking and in-room amenities like air conditioning and a microwave, the excellent location for exploring both Montmorency Falls and the beautiful old city of Quebec. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. the rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with a fridge and microwave for convenience. the location was great, with several fast food and dining options within walking distance, and only a short drive to Old Quebec.

There was no pool available and no free breakfast, which was a letdown considering the price was the same as other hotels in the area that did offer these amenities. the beds were uncomfortable and the road noise could be disturbing for light sleepers.

Despite the disappointing dinner, the breakfast the next day was much better. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and language was not a problem for us. the bed in our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The dinner at the hotel restaurant was a major disappointment. the seafood linguine was inedible, with tiny, tasteless scallops and a strange green sauce.

Over Christmas we stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near great restaurants and a bike trail. the hotel staff were friendly and ordered tickets and provided great advice. We enjoyed two complementary facts and appreciated a wonderful view of a nearby landmark.

The back door was never locked and taped shut. the service was slow, and the food was not very hot during the breakfast.
