I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the chalet. The decoration was charming, with beautiful rustic furniture and cozy blankets that made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I particularly enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the evenings, reminiscing about my adventures in the Rocky Mountains.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. It would have been helpful to have someone to help with luggage or offer assistance with any special needs that us senior folks might have.
