The bed pillows were not comfortable, and there was an unnerving snap when opening or closing the shower. The $8 bottles of water left in the room for purchase felt like an insult, but the free water bottle was enjoyed.

The hotel's reasonable pricing was another big plus. The property was modern, clean, and the staff, especially Chelston at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed, except for the pillows, was comfortable and we loved the waterfall shower and city view. The pool area was also spectacular. The concierge went out of their way to provide us with complimentary breakfast, and the All-American breakfast turned out to be delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and delightful stay.
