The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and views of the mountains. It really made our Christmas experience special. We loved the spacious room and the bathroom, especially the huge bathtub. It was great to have so much space to relax and unwind. The hotel offered free shuttle service to the nearby village, which was very convenient for exploring and shopping.

One thing we didn't like was that we had to arrange and pay for our own breakfast. It would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast included, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.

Front desk disappointment.

We stayed at Nita Lake Lodge for one night as we were passing through. The rooms were clean, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was well-equipped with a beautiful shower and large soaker tub. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment at no additional cost. The hotel's location on the lake was stunning, with complimentary aquatic activities available for guests. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the dining options were plentiful. Our children rated this as the best property we stayed in during our trip.

The hotel also provided complementary bikes and kayaks, making it easy to enjoy the nearby lake and trails. a great experience!
