The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service which makes it easy to get around the area. Rooms are very clean and the staff were very professional and accommodating. the dining experience was also enjoyable with a special menu that offered a good selection of dishes.

One drawback was the distance to restaurants which required a bit of travel and some places were closed during the holidays. the hotel offered a special New Year's breakfast menu at a high price which made it a bit inconvenient for guests.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, including the train to the airport. The room was spacious with a stunning castle view, and they even had convenient vending machines and laundry facilities on the 9th floor.
