We loved the fantastic location of this hotel, as it was very close to the city center and just a block away from the beach. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast served at the hotel was also fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Our weekend getaway was a much-needed break and we were glad we found this accommodation. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the staff was friendly. the location was central, making it easy to explore the town's attractions on foot. We also enjoyed the free on-street parking available near the property.

While the property was lovely from the outside, some of the interior features were outdated and in need of repair. the room we stayed in had a musty smell and the bedding was scratchy.

There are also many restaurants in close proximity to the inn, making it convenient for dining. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with modern conveniences like air conditioning and good water pressure in the bathroom. The staff is attentive and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

One minor issue reported by a guest was that their room was not cleaned during their short stay, although they did not inquire about it and believe the staff would have accommodated their request if they had asked.

We had a wonderful stay at No 1 Grafton Inn. The historical house was beautifully maintained, and our spacious room on the second floor offered a great view of the surrounding historic houses. The owner and his team were attentive and caring, especially during the hurricane. The breakfasts were fantastic, with the option to order either American or Asian delights. we fell in love with this property and would definitely recommend it.

Although there were a few minor cons, such as inadequate TV stations and the lack of in-room coffee makers, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. We also noticed that some improvements, like better instructions for amenities and a better grasp of the English language, could be made.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming inn for a few nights. From the moment I arrived, the lovely woman at the front desk made me feel welcome, even walking me to my room. The room itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures, complete with comfortable king-sized bed and luxurious whirlpool tub. The location is ideal, with the inn situated downtown and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, and the ability to come and go as I pleased was a bonus. the No 1 Grafton Inn provided a wonderful and relaxing experience.

The place is stunning, walkable to everything, and just a block from the water. the room we had was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious linens and towels. the bathroom was huge, with a fantastic claw tub. the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to bring our scooters inside and offering a delicious breakfast. it was one of the best stays during our three-week East Coast road trip, and we would definitely return.

It would have been nicer to have a pot of brewed coffee instead of the Keurig. our room wasn't cleaned during our short stay, though this wasn't a major concern for us.
