Had the most amazing stay during my city trip! Upgraded to a Premier room with a fantastic view and treated to personalized turndown gifts. Loved the free cocktail hours in "the Living Room" and the high-tech room with easy tablet requests. the spa, pool, sauna, and steam room were perfect for relaxation after exploring the great location on foot.

Despite the wonderful experience, a few minor issues stood out. the bar staff could be more attentive, and the kitchen closes early, pushing guests towards room service for late-night cravings.

capella shines with its impeccable cleanliness - prime location near the opera house & bridge, and local insights. the extra special turndown service with thoughtful gifts truly stands out among the exceptional offerings.
