I stayed at Delta for a week while settling my son into college. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the Square One mall and a convenient bus terminus nearby. It's perfect for parents needing to buy essentials for their kids. The presence of a Starbucks in the lobby is a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, honoring my late check-out request without any hassle. They even sent clean towels and toiletries to my room. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. a memorable stay with amazing service.

The staff at the front desk, including the two Pauls and Edson, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food, and the newly renovated rooms are comfortable and bright. The hotel is also child-friendly, with great service for families.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillow selection was great. the TV in the room was a smart TV, so I could easily connect to my Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts- a major bonus! the complimentary coffee, tea, and water were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to parking and close proximity to the 403 highway.

The pillows were a bit too thick for my liking. I ordered room service pizza, but unfortunately, it was not up to par.
