I always stay here. Staff found my lost papers once. Free parking, 24-hour help, welcome drinks, gym, laundry, flat TV. Easy check-in, business center. Perfect for me. Next trip, I’ll be back.

Traveling from Virginia to Maine, we stopped at Springhill Suites for a quick overnight stay. the room was spacious with a yuge walk-in closet and extra blankets available. the bed was very comfortable, and the central TV location was convenient. We enjoyed the lovely pond/lake right outside and appreciated the free printing service for our daughter.

The room was spotless and felt like home. the concierge was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was unique and healthy. the key location was perfect, close to everything we needed, which was super convenient. the rooms were big enough that we never heard anyone, which made our stay peaceful.

The room had a strong dog smell, which was quite unpleasant. the front desk customer service was lacking, with long waiting times and overcharging issues.

Great price during the Christmas season, and an excellent location. the hotel was spotlessly clean, which is impressive. the rooms were modern with nice desks to work on, and there was a cozy backyard with a fire pit and a little pond for relaxation.

While the rooms were good, the view outside of the water pond was an eyesore; there was a lot of trash lying around there.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a nice meal. There is also a gas station and a Walmart close by, making it easy to find any essentials you may need during your stay. The room was spacious and modern, decorated with a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities provided.

The guest bed mattress underneath the couch was not very comfortable, but the staff at the reception was helpful in providing additional sheets.
