The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to various sights and shops within walking distance. Plus, there was a convenient bus stop just around the corner, allowing us to easily catch the airport shuttle bus. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable.

there was an issue with our payment, as we were charged twice, and we now have to go through the process of disputing it. Finally, there was a concerning incident where someone opened our hotel room door while we were in bed.

We loved our stay in this downtown hotel, which is located in a perfect area close to all the activities we did. Our expectations were exceeded and we were pleased with the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. We also appreciated the terrace and the view from it.

Our group of friends had an awesome experience staying in this hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all attractions, the main shopping strip, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable and newly renovated with excellent lighting in the bathroom, ample shelving for toiletries, and blankets that were super comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restricted access to floors after hours was greatly appreciated. The facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the high-speed Wi-Fi and the added security of needing a keycard for elevators.

The shampoo and soap having no ledge in the shower was slightly inconvenient, but the spacious bathroom made up for it.

Had two complementary things, great location near major shopping outlets, and reliable transportation. the air conditioning in the room was excellent, which was crucial to combat the hot weather.

The food was overpriced and not up to par. the staff was unhelpful with heavy luggage and seemed to lack enthusiasm.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the Bell Centre where we attended a couple of hockey games. It is also conveniently located in the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from.
