I had an amazing stay at La Chaumiere! The value for money was great, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything in town. Plus, having a kettle and fridge in the room was a nice touch.

Our room at Hotel La Chaumiere was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious Vietnamese dishes, particularly the Pho. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a brief hail storm that damaged our car, our overall experience at the hotel was positive. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in southern France.

We had a delightful stay at La Chaumiere in Quillan. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the town and mountains. the bathroom was also impressive, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, where the chef kindly catered to our vegan and vegetarian preferences. the breakfast buffet was also excellent, offering a variety of tasty options.

Great location for exploring town on foot. Secure underground car park and friendly staff. Rooms modern, clean, and comfortable with very good bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of options and maps/ideas for activities were provided.

Some rooms can be noisy in the morning due to traffic. the restaurant needs improvement in terms of food quality.

Great central location, close to parking and easy access to the city. Spacious and lovely room with comfortable beds. The restaurant served high quality dinner.

Some issues with bathroom facilities, sink partially blocked and shower fixing loose. Traffic noise from the nearby crossroads during the day, but not so much at night.
