We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with spotless rooms and facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Byward Market and within walking distance to downtown and the Rideau shopping center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing fast check-in and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a spacious dining area.

The location was superb, within walking distance of many downtown sites and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed staying here! The location is perfect- just across from a mall and surrounded by many restaurants. The service we received was excellent, right from the welcome drink to the arranged late checkout. The staff was really friendly and conversational. We loved the facilities available here, especially the indoor pool and spa, and the free and fast wifi service. The room we stayed was clean and modern, with great amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe.

Definitely recommend here for a family who wants to stay in this area.

Great location and hotel

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Byrd Market and right in front of a subway station. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and I especially loved the pool and the excellent restaurant. As a parent traveling with small children, I found this hotel to be great value and the customer service was superb. I highly recommend Novotel for a wonderful stay in Ottawa.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay throughout. The bathroom was well-maintained, although the odd glass door made it a bit bright during nighttime visits. The service from the staff was exceptional, with helpful and friendly interactions. the hotel facilities were more than adequate, providing a satisfying experience.

The elevators sometimes experienced technical issues, causing inconveniences when trying to reach higher floors temporarily.

Convenient location for university and lots of dining options nearby. Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Quick elevators and quiet hallways. Excellent gym facilities and delicious breakfast with homemade jam and croissants. Generous room upgrade to a beautiful junior suite with a large shower and Nespresso coffee maker.

Our short stay in the city was great thanks to the hotel's location, which was very close to everything we wanted to do. We especially loved being close to the market and having a view of the parliament building from our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided good service and breakfast was delicious.

We received two complementary drinks upon arrival and had a fantastic time at the hotel bar. the location was perfect; we were able to walk to various restaurants, shops, and historical landmarks. the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed.
