Excellent location, right at the city center. Beach access available at the nearby twin hotel. Enjoyable pool with various activities and yoga classes. Spacious and quiet rooms, providing a comfortable stay.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel! The facilities were amazing, and I especially loved the stunning artwork throughout the hotel. The rooftop had breathtaking views, and the service by the pool and in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially since I was new to Mexico. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is conveniently located right off 5th Avenue, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant shops and restaurants in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The facilities, especially the rooftop pool, were fantastic and provided a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to start my day off right.

I had an amazing stay at the Beach house in PDC! the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my experience even better. the location is perfect, right in the middle of fifth Av, and the swimming pool is incredible. I also loved the fact that I had full access to the second property of the Beach house. the food at the hotel was delicious, and there were plenty of dining options just outside the hotel. They were also very accommodating with special requests, and even arranged transportation and reservations for me. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in PDC!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with spacious and comfortable suites. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with room changes and special requests. The location is perfect, right in the heart of fifth Av, with a pool that is incredible. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find that the hotel's food offerings were really good, and there were also neighboring options like a cantina, sushi place, bar, Starbucks. Additionally, we had full access to the second property of the Beach House, which added to the overall experience. The hotel also provided transportation, special requests, and reservations with pleasure. our stay at Thompson Playa Del Carmen Main House was fantastic, and we plan to come back annually.

the rooftop swimming pool and lounge area had unique features like lounger beds and swings, with stunning views over the city and the sea. the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the amenities at the Beach House, which was located nearby. Despite some construction during the day and nightlife in the area, the noise level was tolerable. the staff even made my birthday special with thoughtful gestures.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay memorable. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views and a fantastic pool manager who went above and beyond to accommodate us. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. Another advantage was the concierge service, which provided excellent recommendations and helped us plan adventurous activities.

One of the only downsides was the limited menu options for breakfast and lunch. Although the staff tried to accommodate us, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices.

The rooftop infinity pool was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the city below. the service provided by the staff was top-notch, with every encounter being warm and friendly. They even went above and beyond to decorate our room with birthday balloons, a delightful surprise. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by various shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.

One aspect that was disappointing was the noise level at the rooftop pool. the loud music, especially in the morning, was excessive and could be felt as vibrations.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was right in the middle of all the action on the busiest avenue where all the pedestrians go. The service was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. I was able to get car hire and there was a 24-hour room service. I even got special amenities like a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The swimming pool and beach access were very relaxing and the hotel had wifi for me to stay connected. The room was also very comfortable with amazing amenities like in-room breakfast and a flat-screen TV.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in this area.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the action on 5th Avenue. I was able to easily access different beaches along the Riviera Maya. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the rooftop with its great views and artwork. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds, perfect bathrooms, and excellent water pressure and temperature. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Loved the complementary drink and fruit platter upon arrival and the daily fresh towels. the hotel's rooftop bar and pool had stunning views of the ocean and the rooms were spacious.

The location was too noisy and made it hard to sleep. the room had poor soundproofing and there were loud street noises and music from nearby clubs.
