We were blown away by our stay at Oak Bay Beach. The hotel itself was lovely, with a perfect blend of old charm and modern updates. Our room was beautifully appointed and incredibly clean, with a cozy fireplace and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was outstanding, complete with a huge soaker tub and a large stand-alone shower. We also appreciated the little kitchen area, equipped with everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the mineral pools. While the walk from the hotel to the spa area was a bit chilly, the pools more than made up for it. The large pool was great, although it was a bit chilly on the first night. The hot tubs were also fantastic. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa, but it looked very nice. The "Snug" pub was adorable and we loved the food and drinks there. we loved everything about our stay and can't wait to go back. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel had beautiful sea view rooms with balconies, offering a breathtaking view. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, providing excellent service. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the city center, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the amenities provided in the room were disappointing.

The King Suite with a partial view of the Ocean was absolutely beautiful. The gardens and patios added to the charm of the hotel. The bar and restaurant were great, and the service was excellent. I can't wait to come back and take advantage of the pools in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and tended to every request. Christian at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel facilities were in perfect order and kept the original classic feel. The location on the ocean with beautiful walking trails was amazing.

Additionally, the on-site pub offered delicious food and had a lively atmosphere that added to the overall fun experience.

The noise level in the rooms was a bit disruptive at night, affecting a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the shuttle pickup service was unreliable, causing inconvenience when trying to get around.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The outdoor pools were lovely and the atmosphere was supremely relaxing. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing and added to the overall experience. The fresh seafood on the patio of the Snug was outstanding with a beautiful view. The generously sized bathroom with separate shower and bath was a plus. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. It was nice to have a kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, down the hill following the beach road, provided a tranquil setting. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The swimming pool was a great way to start my mornings. the restaurant had comfortable seating and the service was excellent. the staff were attentive and the food was delicious. Walking down the hill following the beach road was a beautiful experience, and I even made it almost to Cattle Point. the scenery from the balcony was breathtaking, especially watching the cargo vessels coming and going. the hotel's proximity to the marina and its restaurant was convenient. There were benches along the way to relax and enjoy the view. the tour buses provided a great way to explore the area. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

The only disappointment was that the staff didn't replenish the toilet paper and tissue, so we ran out on the morning we had to leave. But aside from that minor issue, everything else was wonderful.
