This hotel was super convenient for our vacation, being located so close to the airport. We even got a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which saved us time and hassle. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Alicia, Liz, and Barnabas, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were great, and we appreciated the hot coffee and tea available all day.

The pool area could have been better maintained after the pizza party, with overflowing garbage cans and dirty tables.

The bed was super comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the room. The breakfast had a nice variety and tasted great. We appreciated the free onsite parking. we would recommend this hotel.

We are absolutely amazed by our recent hotel experience. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect, and a vacation shuttle service to the airport is included. The hotel is located very close to the airport, making it easy to travel to everything in the area. The room and bathroom were clean, cozy, and had plenty of space. The morning breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of selections of foods and drinks to choose from. The TV was set up to allow you to plug a device in, like a firestick or apple tv, which is very convenient.

The only downside we noticed was that the pool side could have been larger, it was just a bit too small for us.

The breakfast selection was decent, with tasty cinnamon rolls and muffins. the breakfast bar was well-organized, making it easy to access everything. the location was great, with easy access to everything. the room was sparkling clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Some of the hallways and elevators were not as clean as they should be, with dirt and little pieces of stuff present for several days. there were not many recommendations on visiting areas far from the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix for one night before an early flight. The location was perfect and the area felt safe. The hotel itself was brand new and had a modern and clean design. The room was incredible, with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom stocked with JR Watkins toiletries. The LG SmartTV was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was well-maintained by the friendly staff. it was a great last-minute deal and I would definitely stay here again.

The smoke alarm system in the room flashed a bright light every 5 seconds when the lights were off, making it difficult to sleep.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet, with super comfortable beds and a clean, cold fridge waiting for us. The staff were courteous and kind, making us feel welcome during our stay. The pool hours were convenient, open until 10pm, and we enjoyed relaxing on the nice patio area by the pool.

The breakfast fell short of expectations. Additionally, the pool area was smaller than expected and wasn't properly cleaned.
